Our Story
The Camden Red Sox Baseball Club was founded in 2013 by a couple of long-time baseball fanatics who had been involved with the Macarthur Baseball League and other clubs. These founding members saw the great potential of a club based in Camden catering to the existing population and a view to the future of the growing region. The Club’s first season was meant to begin in earnest. The plan, is a couple of junior teams and a senior team. Opening day of the 2014/15 season came and the Red Sox had over 10 teams competing in almost all age groups. The Red Sox’s first season resulted in several premierships and ended the summer as the second biggest club in the league.

Today, Camden Red Sox is the largest club in the Macarthur Baseball League, boasting over 500 members and multiple teams in all divisions from T-Ball to Over 35’s. We have been Club Champions for multiple seasons 2015/2016, 2016/2017, 2018/2019, 2020/2021, 2021/2022, 2022/2023, 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 and we celebrate the successes and development of each and every one of our players.
